SnapAPI provides a cloud-based screenshot API service that allows users to programmatically capture screenshots of web pages. Our services include:

• Screenshot capture API
• PDF generation from web pages
• User dashboard for account management
• API key management
• Usage analytics and reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 API Keys

Your API keys are confidential. You must:

• Keep your API keys secure and confidential
• Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• Regenerate keys if you suspect they have been compromised

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SnapAPI to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Capture content you don't have the right to access
• Screenshot pages containing illegal content
• Circumvent access controls or authentication systems
• Engage in scraping or data mining without authorization
• Overload or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Resell access to the API without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. API Usage

5.1 Rate Limits

API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary restrictions or additional charges.

5.2 Fair Use

All plans are subject to fair use policies. Automated abuse or excessive usage patterns may be restricted.

5.3 Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6.2 Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you're not satisfied. After this period, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for partial months or unused quota.

6.3 Overages

If you exceed your plan's quota, you may be charged for overages or your service may be throttled until the next billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by SnapAPI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. You grant us a limited license to process your requests and provide the Service.

7.3 Third-Party Content

Screenshots you capture may contain third-party content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture and use such content.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPAPI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Any other pecuniary loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your API keys will be deactivated
• Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy

You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard. Prepaid fees are non-refundable after the 14-day refund period.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting notice on our website
• Sending an email to your registered address
• Displaying a notice in your dashboard

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapAPI operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
